I want to analyse two groups of samples with very few numbers. Is it applicable for ANCOM?
I see for ANCOM plugin. ANCOM assumes that few (less than about 25%) of the features are changing between groups. How can I check this?
Run ANCOM and see what the results are. Compare this vs. the total number of features that you have.
