demux.qza file uploading error in galaxy docker

Hi i recently have problem uploading my demux.qza file in galaxy docker.
It was successully uploaded before but these days it has problem.
This is the code which I always used

qiime tools import --type 'SampleData[PairedEndSequencesWithQuality]' --input-path manifest --input-format PairedEndFastqManifestPhred33V2 --output-path demux.qza

Nothing would have been made if my fastq, manifest file are wrong

if i click the triangle which is on the far right side upload file turns off.
Could you please let me know how to solve it please..

Qiime version-2021.11
Galaxy docker version-2021.4.0

Hello @rbgud, to clarify, can you please click on that triangle on the right then upload a screenshot of your screen after clicking on it? I want to make sure there is no debug information anywhere.

Hi @Oddant1 when I click that triangle it disappear

Can you try uploading a different file? Maybe a very small one from one of the tutorials like this.
