Deblur Format Specifications

Hello!

So I am interested in trying the deblur plug-in to process my sequencing data; however, in the past, I have struggled with formatting issues. For instance, it seems that Deblur does not accept file names with underscores.
Does anyone know the exact format for all inputs that deblur takes? I've spent too much of my life trying to figure this out, haha

I am not aware of any filename restrictions on including underscores in deblur - do you mind providing an example of your input command, along with the error message you are receiving? This will help us to better troubleshoot where the issue is coming from. Thanks!
