Thanks for the info. Re-reading this thread, it does look like the RProfile had some effect. Your segfault changed from 0x18 to 0x8 (matching everyone else). So I guess we "fixed" that issue

Would you be able to run this command?
sysctl -a | grep machdep.cpu.leaf7_features
we're specifically looking for an entry called "AVX2" hopefully that shows up.
