After the amazing participation last year, the Institute for Systems Biology will host the next iteration of its virtual course and symposium on the microbiome.
This year’s course and symposium will take place from October 13th to October 15th and will concentrate on the ecology and evolution of the gut microbiome.
ISB will host a one-day course on analyzing amplicon sequencing data with QIIME 2 on October 13th, followed by a one-day course on metabolic modeling of bacterial isolates on October 14th. The symposium will take place on October 15th and will feature talks by six amazing speakers.
The event is free of charge but requires registration.
