I have another question, when I tried to run the core-metrics-phylogenetic command for The alpha and beta diversity analyses, I constantly encounter the following error " QIIME 2 plugin "diversity’ has no action ‘core-metrics-phylogenetic’. I would appreciate if you let me know what is wrong.

It sounds like you aren’t running 2017.9 yet. If you are running Windows, we’re working on the VMs right now and they should be out soon (we’ll follow up on the announcement topic when they are ready!)
If that isn’t the case, could you provide the output from qiime info and your OS? Thanks!
