Compare OTU frequencies across sample groups

I atempting to compare OTU frequencies across sample groups using QIIME 2017.8.0.
In qiime1, I used group_significance.py.
Is Qiime2 mounted like group_significance.py?

QIIME 1’s group_significance.py script performs differential abundance testing of OTUs, so you’ll want to check out ANCOM and Gneiss for these types of tests in QIIME 2.
