I think I have just installed Qiime2. Do I use the same commands that I used in Qiime1.9? If not where can I find a list of commands please?
No they’re somewhat different, generally, if you follow the https://docs.qiime2.org/2018.2/tutorials/atacama-soils/
Tutorial is quite informative and most of what you can pull is from there. Ben
