Command is hanging

Hi I have logged onto my qiime2 after a 65 month break. I am in the correct directory and have my commands copied onto a word document. When entering them back in from step one importing the manifest the command is just hanging. It’s been 2hours and still nothing. I checked my CPU usage and nothing on that either. Any ideas?

Before being in the right directory, it gave me errors telling me no file so I know the system is working

Hello @Rsimmonds. What sort of environment are you running QIIME 2 on (sounds like maybe an HPC)? What version of QIIME 2 are you running? And can you paste the exact command you ran that hung? Thank you.
