Can we get the centered log ratio transformed feature table in qiime 2?

Hi, we are trying ancom step in Qiime 2 and found we can get the final volcano plot and statistical results. Is there any methods that we can get the centered log ratio transformed feature table?

No, there is currently no way to normalize this table in QIIME2 — mostly because there are no other QIIME2 commands that can process such data.

Where do you want to use this table? We do have an open issue to support different normalization strategies for beta diversity. More clarity on your needs could help direct additional normalization strategies that we support in the future.
