Dear Qiime2 users, I am newbie to bioinformatic analysis and for qiime2 as well. We are using Ion torrent PGM platform for V4 16SrRNA region. After sequencing, output are all .fastq files (according to our samples) and one nomatch.fastq, kindly see the attachment ( [nomatch_fastq]. It seems our sequencer itself do demultiplex. My doubts are - As I understood in qiime2 tutorial, we need barcodes.fastq file but i could not able to find the same file in our output. I could not able to understand…
