Can any one explain me about the PF data and Clean data?

Dear Sir,

The company has provided with two folders. One folder is a folder of clean data and another folder is a folder of PF data. Now I don't know what is the difference between them. So which data I should use for QIIME 2 processings.

I don't know, since I don't know anything about these data. But, you should spend some time reading the QIIME 2 user docs, in particular, the Overview Tutorial in order to learn more about QIIME 2.
