Hi @Vivek_Thakur! It sounds like something went wrong during installation --- can you check out the commands listed in this post to help you remove and reinstall your environment? You will need to update those commands to reference 2017.10 instead of 2017.9. Also, when you get to the step for installing QIIME 2, make sure to select the right command for your architecture (mac or linux). Keep us posted!
