I am attempting to export a plot into illustrator from the bray curtis emperor QZV using the SVG + labels options. This has worked for me before, but today when I import it into illustrator the vectors are all wrong. Rather than each point having a fill and border, there are numerous paths in the fill. Does anyone know what that would be, or how to fix it?
What version of q2-emperor were you using last time and what version are you using now? Could you post your previous and current results(or screen shots of them)? Hopefully with that information we can get you the
