Are there conflicts between QIIME 2 Installed in VirtualBox and the host machine?

Hello, hi. I have installed QIIME2 on virtualbox but I would also like to install it on WSL as well. Would that be any conflict or problem in the future if I have both? Thank you.

Hi @Mimiey_Omar,

VirtualBox and WSL are completely independent of one another and there wouldn’t be any conflicts.
