I need to recreate a old qiime2 conda environment (pre 2018.06). I can’t find any available archive of yaml files for the old conda envs. Am I just not seeing them on the qiime2 website or are they not available? For full reproducibility of old analyses with old qiime2 conda envs, it would be best to make all of the old conda env yaml files available.
Use the dropdown on the left-hand side of the docs to select the version you are interested in. The install docs for that particular version will link to the environment file in question.
