I would like to ask if there is a way to download pictures of the graphs produced in ancombc2 vizualization.

Were you able to run qiime composition da-barplot to make a graph?

  • Once you have that .qzv files, you can open it with https://view.qiime2.org/
  • then Click on the (•••) > Save as SVG or Save as PNG

I use ancombc2 and da-barplot is not compatible with this file. In the ancombc2 visualizer there is no option for download

If you can't post data, I totally understand! Can you post the command you ran and the version of Qiime you used?
