ancombc2 visualizer - da-barplor

I have used ancombc2-visualizer in q2-2025.4. I do not fully understand the effect of the changing colors in the taxonomy tree (K to orange, E to blue and expanding). I have found out how to select taxa on the tree and to remove them from tree and/or plot, but the color code remains unclear to me.

• The ancombc2-visualizer action will be removed, in favor of da-barplot.
• da-barplot will be updated to produce the visualization now produced by ancombc2-visualizer, and it will be updated to accept results of ancombc and ancombc2 as inputs.

I have seen the note that abc2-visualizer will be replaced by da-barplot in the future and that it will produce similar visualizations like the current visualizer.

The "K" means keep and the "E" means expand. Keep will retain a node in the tree even if its ancestors are collapsed, expand shows a node's children. Apologies for the lack of documentation, this visualizer was somewhat rushed out of the door during the last release.
