ANCOM results for baseline (timepoint zero)

Hi,

I have performed ANCOM on the fecal data of the model animals before they start their different treatments (baseline). What I see as the ANCOM results are a lot of features reported as significant, even though the W value is zero. I was wondering if this makes sense?
