Hello qiime community! I am new to the qiime environment and I have a question that concerns the Ancom-bc plugins. Everything worked fine, I used the qiime composition ancombc, with the fdr method, to generate my artifact and then I used the qiime composition tabulate as my visualization option. The thing is that when I open the qzv file, I can't see the fdr values. Shouldn't they be there? And how can I acquire them If that's possible?

Welcome to the :qiime2: forum! Glad to see you are using ANCOM-BC within q2-composition. 
The Q-values in the output are the FDR corrected P-values which is most likely what you're referring to. You can set your significance threshold (for the P-values) with the --p-alpha parameter, which will default to 0.05 if left blank.

Thank you so much! You are right, I will use the --p-alpha parameter so I can determine the level of significance as well. I was a bit confused with the results I got, but know I can understand things better.
