Hi @Setiawan! Both Deblur and DADA2 perform chimera detection and removal, so you don't need to filter the chimeras in a separate step. The vsearch-based chimera filtering Community Tutorial is only necessary if you're not using Deblur or DADA2 (e.g. if you're performing OTU clustering).
