I have been looking for the answer in the forum, but I couldn't find it. I apologize if it exists already.
When I apply the alpha rarefaction curve command, I was wondering if there is an option to let me decide the number of IQR box plots shown in each line.

If I understand what you are asking correctly, you are looking for the --p-steps parameter! Here is a screenshot from running the alpha-rarefaction command from the PD Mouse tutorial with the addition of --p-steps 25 to it.
