Adding the name of taxa on the volcano plot

Can i get the Ancom output with the taxa names written on the dots of this plot?

Hi @arar,
If you are using a recent release of QIIME 2, the name of each feature should display when you hover your cursor over the dot.

However, QIIME 2 does not output a plot with the points already labeled, you can save the unlabeled plot and add the labels you want manually.
