I Hope my message finds you all and your family well.
I am Suparna Mitra, editor of the new upcoming book “Metagenomics Data Analyses” book in the series of ‘Methods in Molecular Biology’, published by Springer Nature. Over 2,200 volumes have been published in the series to date, and a further 240 volumes are in preparation.
I am writing to invite you to contribute (either alone or with a colleague or student) a chapter regarding QIIME2 pipeline for 16S analysis. It will be really great to have a chapter regarding QIIME2. This chapter can be guided by your materials from the upcoming course. The idea of this chapter to help the readers to do their analyses themselves… so a descriptive step by step approach will be good.
Please note that all chapters are indexed in PubMed, ISI Web of Knowledge, Science Direct, Scopus and Medline. The deadline for submitting your chapter to me would be 1st May 2021. Chapters tend to average 15-20 typed pages but there is no limit at all on the length of individual chapters, nor any limitation on the number of figures.
