A beginner in data analysis. I am a food microbiologist and microbial analysis is going towards data science, thus my need to learn fast.
Currently analysing my 16S and ITS 1 and 2 data from Illuminal seq facility. All these on my own, just little help from a postdoc guru but too bust to help fully.
I need the forum to walk through this challenge and soon be a tutor too in the nearest future.
