where can I find the taxonomy.txt and fasta file about silva-132

Hi,
where can I find the taxonomy.txt and fasta file about silva-132, I want to train feature classifiers useing silva-132 acording to the tutorials of greengene in the qiime2:
qiime tools import
–type ‘FeatureData[Sequence]’
–input-path 85_otus.fasta
–output-path 85_otus.qza
qiime tools import
–type ‘FeatureData[Taxonomy]’
–input-format HeaderlessTSVTaxonomyFormat
–input-path 85_otu_taxonomy.txt
–output-path ref-taxonomy.qza
But I can not find the taxonomy.txt and fasta file. I only find the Silva 132 99% OTUs full-length sequences. It’s a .qza file.

I have viewed the page you mentioned, I have downloaded QZA file frome the page, but I can not find the txt and FASTA. Do you mean these will be included in this silva file?

Hi @cyy,

Have you tried downloading and unzipping the archive? Often when I’m looking for things and I’m linked to zip archives, I find that exploring the contents will help me locate what I need.
