I am following the qiime2 tutorial and trying to Generating a phylogenetic tree. In first step i used the command below to download a backbone tree as the base for our features to be inserted onto. but i encounter with this error:
wget -O "sepp-refs-gg-13-8.qza"
"https://data.qiime2.org/2019.10/common/sepp-refs-gg-13-8.qza"
:Unable to establish SSL connection
would you please help me to solve it.
@ramezani62, have you tried downloading the file from that url using your browser? If not, give that a shot, and let us know how it goes.
Make sure to save it at the same file path you would if you were using the wget command. (Same directory, same filename).
