# Tutorial of Artifact API on the qiime2 website

Hi All,
I just start to learn Python and Jupyter notebook and tried to follow the tutorials on the Qiime2 official website.
I installed qiime2-2017.12 for macOS within a conda environment under the ANACONDA NAVIGATOR.
Then, I activated it and tested installation. Thank you for the tutorial.
Now, I try installing other QIIME2 interfaces, Artifact API in the Jupyter Notebook,
However, it happened to the trouble reinstall the q2-feature-table.
My terminal Line was copied and pasted the bellow. I highly appreciate if you could help me 😢ðŸ˜

Hi @SabuTheCavy! Thanks for the information - it looks like you haven't followed our [official installation recommendation](https://docs.qiime2.org/2017.12/install/native/). Can you please give that a shot and let us know how it goes for you? You might need to clean up and remove your incomplete conda environment first:
```bash
$ conda env remove -n qiime2-2017.12
```
Let us know if that gets you moving again! 🦖
