Hi @nietof, If I am not mistaken, it appears as if you are entering commands into the Windows Command Prompt, and not the Windows Subsystem for Linux. You'll have to install WSL onto your system following the details in the link provided. I am currently using the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in my WSL.
