Transform 3D PCOA to 2D

Dear Qiime 2 users and developers,

May I know if q-2 provide any script to transform 3 dimension PCoA into 2 dimension as provided in Qiime 1? Would be grateful for your kind assistance as my paper reviewer requesting this.

Open your 3D emperor plot, then:

This will update the camera to show the First and Second axes in 2D.
