Is there a reason why you are using the older SILVA 132 database? The newer 138 classifier contains far more taxa, and updated taxonomy. This partially explains the differences you're observing in taxonomy. Additionally, later versions of the SILVA databases provided via QIIME 2 have been curated quite differently. With later versions being processed via RESCRIPt as outlined here, potentially contributing other differences.
Feel free to use that tutorial and curate the SILVA database differently if you'd like. Also, RESCRIPt is now included with the 2024.2 release of QIIME 2.
