Hi, i have one question, i want analysis public Sra dataset, in Train Classifer step of extract Read should insert primer but this for dataset in publication havent primer, Do it available pre trained full length Classifer (Silva) for use that Cover all of 16s Region for example v3, v4,… Or shoud make a other decision for Training?

That's totally fine. As the instructions indicate, training on a particular region can marginally increase accuracy but usually the impact is not so large. I recommend giving the full-length classifier a try and consider other options if it is really underperforming...
