I used ancom to analyze the differential taxonomy abundance of two groups, but there is no significant differential abundance. The alpha and beta diversity are also no significant difference. I really don’t know how to deal with the problems, may I use the whole length species classifier or do some quality control or data filter? Or there are any other method to analyze the two groups?Thank you!

It sounds like you’ve done your due diligence (more than your due diligence) and that there’s not significant difference between your two groups. That’s okay! It’s an answer (just maybe not the one you were looking for). A different statistical test won’t change the result that you’re clearly getting.
