Table.qzv not generated!

Hi,

I experience problems when running the plug-in ‘feature-table summarize’. While the script runs successfully and the rep-seqs.qzv is generated, the table.qzv is not generated. Can somebody explain why this happens?

Any errors shown in the terminal? It is hard to tell with so little information. It can be due corrupted metadata file, for example.

Hi @erandivet! We need a lot more information in order to help:

  • What version of QIIME 2 are you running?
  • What is the exact command or commands run? Copy and paste please!
  • What is the exact error observed? Please run with --verbose, and copy and paste the complete results
