Hi @fabipc,

To add to @colinvwood's comment... After you install RESCRIPt, you can also save yourself a lot of time by simply running [this command](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/processing-filtering-and-evaluating-the-silva-database-and-other-reference-sequence-data-with-rescript/15494#heading--second-header), and the command immediately after it.
