I use the SCNIC plugin and got the results.
I used the final feature-table-collapsed to perform differential abundance analysis.
now, I'm not sure how to interpret the results. the results show that for example module 1 is most abundant in the first group and some other modules are abundant in group 2.
so, what does it mean if a specific module is abundant?
how do you interpret the results?
