I’m trying to save a file on a MAC and its not letting me. Ive “Download CSV” on a MAC and it opens up a new window with the CSV on the browser…Safari. When I try saving it “Save As” this doesn’t even give me an option. Save As is greyed out. Ive even tried Selecting All and then saving but Save As is still greyed out. I want to export this CSV files to make graphs in other programs but its not letting me. Anyone have this problem as well?

This sounds like a safari issue, not a QIIME 2 issue — googling led me to some stackoverflow support posts describing how to make safari download CSVs.
If that does not work, I recommend trying a different browser, either firefox or chrome.
