Sample nose data

Hi,

anyone has access to some analysed nose data, where I can see taxonomy plots?
I have access to some UBIOME nose data, and my results are completely opposite, so I just want to check if the problem is in my run, or something else.

Hi @Dzana_Basic,
You might want to check out QIITA to see if any published nose datasets are there — most studies there are published so you would be able to track down the original publication results for comparison. You could also look at nose samples in HMP.
