I have created .sh file which includes all end to end moving picture tutorial from qiime2.org documentation. And am really interested in checking how much time does it take for the same.
But I am not able get the output as expected i.e. if I run individually all the steps it works fine for me but if i put all the steps in single script file and execute the same I did not get the output.

When you run the script, do you see outputs on the command line?
What are your paths like?
How long did the script run and are you getting any errors?
