Continuing the discussion from Reverse lanes only?:

Hi
I am continuing from the linked post (above). If I am only using my reverse reads, how does that change my metadata table set up for diversity metrics etc?

Hi @LauraMason,
As long as the sampleIDs are the same your metadata file can be the exact same.
