The problem was in suffixes "Enterococcus", "Enterococcus\_A", "Enterococcus\_B", "Enterococcus\_C", "Enterococcus\_D", "Enterococcus\_E", "Enterococcus\_F", "Enterococcus\_G", "Enterococcus\_I", "Enterococcus\_H". Classifier fail to distinguish them and there was underclassication for Enterococcus genus.

We discuss this similar issue within the [SILVA tutorial](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/processing-filtering-and-evaluating-the-silva-database-and-other-reference-sequence-data-with-rescript/15494) under the "Species-labels: caveat emptor!" section.
