I have 14 samples in one group to be analyzed. The number has maintained in my table.qza but in alpha diversity plots, it is reduced to 13.
is it possible?

Hi!
If you selected a certain sequencing depth for rarefaction while producing a core-metrics artifacts, all samples with less amount of reads/sequences will be filtered out from rarefied table and diversity artifacts.

and is it not giving alpha diversity values for each matric? I just got H,q, and p-value.
