# Qiime2-R error in filter() shannon plots

Hi!  
I'm trying to plot the shannon diversity from the tutorial, using the moving pictures tutorial files, but I'm getting this error and the corresponding command:

Hi! I already solved my issue (but couldn’t find how to eliminate my post)  
I had in my metadata **shannon\_entropy** instead of just **shannon** , I changed it in the 2 and 3 line of the code and it solved everything.
