qiime2 table.qza. I changed the file to biom and changed it to tsv.
I want to change the microbe name, not the otu id. How do I do it?

Before exporting, you will want to collapse taxonomy -- there is an example of it in action in the Moving Pictures tutorial (ignore the bits about ANCOM, this is just the part of the tutorial that demonstrates the collapse command).
