Hi, I am running qiime2-2018.11 and using the qiime longitudinal maturity-index command. I was wondering if there is a quick way to obtain the boxplots as a visualization output from this pluggin rather than the volatility plots, as we could do in previous qiime2 versions? We can do it in R but it is nice to have a quick way of checking here. Thanks in advance!

No, sorry, I removed the boxplots from that visualization around the 2018.8 release. I have opened an issue to add boxplots back at some point — I agree, it could be useful to have boxplots for some visualizations. For now you will need to use an older release to make the boxplots instead.
