How can I use qiime2 (installed via docker) in Jupyter?
This is a great question, and one that I would like to try and write up a Community Tutorial for in the next week or so, so please stay tuned. Using Jupyter in a native installation is straightforward (activate your env and run jupyter notebook), but in Docker things are a bit more complicated.
