Hello everyone!
I'm currently trying to run dada2 denoise-paired. However, it results in the following error:
"Plugin error from dada2:
An error was encountered while running DADA2 in R (return code 1), please inspect stdout and stderr to learn more."
Anyone has a clue about how to resolve this?

Can you please share the entire command you tried running? Along with the version of QIIME 2 you are using and how it is installed?
Additionally, please re-run your command and include the --verbose flag, and then copy/paste the full output for us to examine. This will provide us with the full error traceback so that we can identify where the issue is coming from. Thanks!
