I got the results of core beta-diversity stat and I want to make sure how to present this data in the paper. It is a basic question.
In this case, can I say B and C are more similar to each other than A?
In this case, when I present the p-value for A vs B, it should be 0.05 right? not 0.01.
If the p-value of All within Treatment vs All between treatment is over 0.05 and p-value of A vs A and B vs B is less than 0.05, I cannot say A and B has different beta-diversity, right?
