QIIME 2 2023.9 install issue on CentOS 8 cluster

From my HPC team

I've run an install of qiime2/2023.9.1 to see what the issues are. I didn't see
any errors, so the env yaml was probably updated recently. I ran through some
basic tutorials post-install.

It's working. Whatever changes were made in the distribution fixed it.

Thank you for all your help. This is a testament to the quality of the build system your team has created.

Just wanted to check, did the resolution propagate to the Install docs? Copy/paste of those commands leads to the same error here. And on OSX, I get a qualitatively similar error, though that may be related to use of micromamba locally.

Hey Daniel,

My HPC team (UF HiPerGator :crocodile:) got it working, but I'm not sure how. Their ticket implied that the changes in the .1 patch fixed it...

(Sorry I'm not much help here.)
(A conda install on AWS also failed for me, so there's more to troubleshoot here...)

See the note on resolution of at least the issue I had. Its resolution allowed for install of QIIME2 amplicon 2023.9 on OS X and CentOS 7
