Hi all! I’m a beginner of Qiime 2. After following each step of this guide: https://docs.qiime2.org/2019.4/install/native
This error appears to be happening all the time:
UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
bioconductor-biostrings=2.50.2
glib=2.58.3
gneiss=0.4.4
sip=4.19.8
sqlite=3.26.0
Use “conda search --info” to see the dependencies for each package.
What should I do? I’ve been installing each package manually but the problem goes on and on. Thank you !
Welcome to the Qiime 2 forums! Thanks for posting.
I just tried out the install and it's working for me... I wonder...
Are you using the recomended method of conda env create -n qiime2-2019.4 --file qiime2-2019.4-py36-linux-conda.yml
or are you installing packages manually one at a time.
Sorry to break in, but I have similar problem with installation right now:
"Solving environment: failed
UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
bioconductor-rsamtools=1.34.0
cairo=1.16.0
q2-composition=2019.4.0
sip=4.19.8
sqlite=3.26.0
Use “conda search --info” to see the dependencies for each package."
Due to some ssh problems I had to terminate my AWS Linux instance and launch a new one.
I installed Miniconda2-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh for Phython 2.7 that my instance has. And when I installed Qiime2 using: wget https://data.qiime2.org/distro/core/qiime2-2019.4-py36-linux-conda.yml
conda env create -n qiime2-2019.4 --file qiime2-2019.4-py36-linux-conda.yml, I got the error I copied above. I didn’t have this problem a week ago, I went through same procedure.
Hi all! Looks like conda-forge pushed up a new build of qt which specifies a dependency on a newer version of sqlite (3.28.0). I just updated the 2019.4 environment files to use this version. Please try again (and let us know if it works or not for you). Thanks!
Hi @anamarija - you will need to delete the environment file you downloaded the first time and re-download again in order for this the changes to show up for you.
This part is what I updated, which indicates that you aren't using the newest env file.
